Is AnyChart free?

"The source is open but the license is not free, you have to obtain a license for a fee for commercial applications. Also, AnyChart offers educational and non-profit licenses for our Web Charting Components, please contact our sales department using email: sales@anychart.com or phone: +1 (888) 845-1211 (USA) or +44 20 7191 9444 (Europe) to discuss the details.

The trial version will work as long as you need it, we don't put any time limitations on our trials.

We are a government organization/educational institution/NGO and would like to purchase your products. Do you have a special pricing for us?

What payment options do you support?

May I pay using a PO (purchase order)?

How do you provide support for your products?

Support is provided through our website/documentation/github community or email. The amount of support is based on your license type and the support hours you have in your package (if you require additional time, support packages are available online).

When will I receive purchased products?

Within 6-24 hours (there may be delays due to payment processing, please contact sales@anychart.com with further questions).

Are all your products delivered electronically?

Yes, products are delivered electronically.

Is it possible to get a demo or trial of AnyChart before purchasing?

Yes, please go to AnyChart.com/download and simply fill in the information requested.

Do you offer any discount for startups?

What is the difference between Internal and Enterprise type licenses?

Internal license is good for 5 developers and 1 application, primarily designed for small teams or departments inside the company. If you have more than 100 employees or more than 5 developers working with the product in your company then you need an Enterprise License.

What is the difference between SaaS and OEM type licenses?

Software as a Service is for any hosted solution that requires any type of user authentication or log-in credentials. OEM is when you build a product solution that is installed on your customer's servers or onsite at your customer's premises.

May I use a Website License for commercial web services?

No, commercial services require SaaS or OEM license. Please contact us and we'll help you to find an appropriate license.

May I pay annual fees only when we need to update, instead of paying every year?

You can, but it will cost you more in the long run.
